After your order you'll receive an e-mail with the bank details for prepayment with a 3% discount on the value of the ordered goods. Transfer the invoice amount to us within 10 days, stating the purpose of payment.

A possible island surcharge as well as a surcharge for forwarding agency deliveries are shown separately after receipt of the order.

In the case of an order of several items for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time specified for the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment.

For orders that are not listed in the countries above, you can contact us. We will let you be known at short notice whether we can ship to the desired country and inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partners for these in advance.
